"Why turn Your hobby into business?"

There are as many different reasons for starting a business as there are people who do so…
For me, the main reason is independence, relative freedom, to be able to decide What I want to do, When and How, and yes, that old not having somebody to ask whenever I want to go to washroom. Not to mention to be able to choose the people I want to work with.
For You it maybe any of these reasons, or may be other ones not mentioned here:
FREEDOM = You decide what to do, when and how. You are in control of events.
INDEPENDENCE: = You decide how many hours you want to work, time when, do it Your way, you won’t have to be afraid of being laid off.
CREATIVITY: If you do what you like, time goes faster. You are inspired find different ways to tackle a problem, try new ideas, explore new talents and abilities you didn’t even know you had. This also creates the thrill of discovering new paths, allows new views.
EXCITEMENT = looking forward what the next task will be, what the day will bring. No boredom, nobody is putting limits on you, You are the Boss, You make the calls, you start at the TOP instead of working hard your way up.
PERSONAL GROWTH: yes, starting a new business is a challenge. But every time you decide to make changes in you life you always end up growing personally: mentally, emotionally and spiritually, because you have to learn new things, explore new abilities, challenge your ways of looking at things. Change is a Life.
GAIN CONFIDENCE – what else can give you more confidence and boost your self-esteem more than to be a CEO of a successful company you own? You will be able to do things you never imagined you could ever do!
MORE MONEY: Yes, this is important too, as money does give you a freedom, although it shouldn’t be the sole reason you want your own business. But yes, it can be a nice “bonus”. When you do something you really enjoy you Will make more money than you’d ever do working for somebody else. You will use for yourself your own talents, abilities, skills, energy.
CHOICE: of deciding who do you spend your time with, who do you want to work with, who will be your employees, where you are going to conduct your business, location, how you are going to do it, how are you doing to dress etc, etc…
Of course You may have many other reasons for wanting to start your own business. But the primary one should be that it will be Much easier if you do something you are affectionate about, something you like, something you are passionate about, something you have a knowledge about and like doing it.
Because be aware that to have and manage your own business is not going to be easy. So you should make it clear Why do you want to go into business for yourself in the first place. You should know what your reasons are. Think of all the things it would mean to you to be your own boss.
Write down all these reasons. Be as specific as you can. Then stick that sheet somewhere you can see it every day. (Trust me, this will help you when the time will get tough.)
But if you Do have a Hobby, a passion of yours, by all means: Go for it!
as Christopher Morley said: "There is only one success - to be able to spend your life in your own way"
